About the JOHNSON FOUNDATION
Welcome to The Johnson Foundation, Inc., a beacon of hope established on February 20, 2017, by the visionary E. Olivia McCornell, MPA. We are proud to be a Federal Tax Exempt Non-profit Scholarship Foundation, driven by a strong desire to improve the lives of students, young people, and those experiencing homelessness.
We are fundamentally committed to investing in and giving back to our communities. Our current success is a direct result of the unwavering support of our dedicated team and donors. Without them, our journey would not be as memorable. Join us in making a difference as we strive to improve people’s lives through education and community involvement.
Our Goals.
1. To award college scholarship’s to graduating seniors from Shelby, Mississippi’s North Bolivar High School, and Clayton County Public Schools.
2. To assist students in acquiring necessary items for elementary school and those transitioning to college.
3. To assist students with the college application process and coordinate campus tours.
4. To reduce food insecurity among Henry County School System students in grades 1–6.
5. To provide food and clothing to South Fulton’s homeless population.
